This is a video I made in April this year in order to make the British Council aware of the fact that their service for English language institutions in the UK on the one hand, and for international students on the other, is in need of attention because it doesn't work. You can get a bigger screen format on YouTube here: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=1Czc6VtFn-I

7 years and counting...
Why is it the British Council are unable to get their websites to work properly? Do they test nothing? What a shambles!
A while back, I had issues with the British Council's FOI website - which seldom worked properly and is currently part of a complaint to the Information Commissioner. The British Council have now updated their FOI website (partly because of my complaint, I am told) but - and I only discovered this when I checked out their search on Education UK just now - don't expect to be able to make a complaint about anything because their link doesn't work...
Near the bottom of the page explaining how to make a request for information - http://www.britishcouncil.org/new/freedom-of-information/requesting-information/ - is a link to the "comments and complaints" section of their website. Try it, I wonder how long it will take for them to get this fixed? I'd complain to them about it only the link doesn't work...
